For a considerable number of couples, the only therapeutic option is the third-party intervention including gamete and embryo donation and surrogacy. This type of treatment requires more accurate and advanced specialized analysis due to its impact on the biological connection of family members. So, in various sessions the most proper treatment protocol for the couple is selected.
The commission members are perinatologists, gynecologists and geneticists. Prenatal care plays a pivotal role in the birth of a healthy baby and as a basic solution alleviates the psychological concerns of families prior to childbirth. Therefore, special controls in this period have a significant value. When a child is born through ARTs, the importance of these controls will be doubled. For that reason, the relevant experts clarify the guidelines and procedures on prenatal controls and plan for the development of the related researches. They also monitor the special cases and reach a consensus regarding the issue. This commission as a part of Breast Cancer Clinic investigates genetic topics related to HER2 gene (breast cancer susceptibility gene) and laboratory issues regards to breast cancer antibodies (AnTi-Her2).

In order to have a plan to achieve educational goals of the center and provide better education services beside the attempt in improving the quality and quantity of the content of these programs, the Commission has been established at the center. In the commission, a group of specialists in the field of medical education and the officials of the field develop and explain the policies and areas of best practice. Next, they plan and design the administrative procedures to put the theories in to practice and thereby fulfilling the goals.
The Commission meetings are held at least once a month on a regular basis and the tentative training programs proposed for implementation in the center are assessed by the board members, education deputy, and manager of education. In case, they are ratified, the plans can be run. In the commission, all educational issues based on the activities of the center including the educational programs, continuous medical education, clinical, specialized, supplementary training courses, etc. are all investigated and approved. Training educational curriculum and the administrative ways for implementing training courses are closely scrutinized and updated in the center according to latest national and international standards.
